Antoinett’s Platform

Compassion in Action. Justice in Motion. Community Transformed.

Community Needed It Most:
Action Over Words
Antoinett made history by organizing the first Black Lives Matter event inside a school, creating a transformative space where youth could learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about justice, identity, and civic responsibility. Her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic further demonstrated her unwavering commitment to community care. She redirected unused grant funds to support frontline heroes and vulnerable residents, coordinating daily meals for first responders, including local fire and police departments, as well as frontline staff at St. Barnabas, East Orange General, and White House Healthcare.

A Commitment to Excellence
in Education and Service
In her professional capacity, Antoinett serves as a resident psychologist and currently mentors 103 students through the Mentor Collective program, providing guidance, academic support, and personal development coaching. Her academic journey reflects her dedication to lifelong learning and professional excellence. She studied at the University of the District of Columbia, Keiser University School of Nursing, Essex County College, and Bloomfield College, building a multidisciplinary foundation in psychology, health sciences, and community leadership. Her dedication to scholarship and leadership has earned her recognition as a recipient of the SCLA Collegiate Programs Award for academic excellence and demonstrated leadership qualities.

Responsive Leadership,
Real Community Impact
Recognizing the heightened needs of seniors during the crisis, Antoinett partnered with local businesses — including a halal meat market and Restaurant Depot — to deliver individually packaged meats, groceries, masks, and sanitizers to senior buildings throughout the community. Her swift and compassionate response became a model of grassroots leadership during an unprecedented time. Beyond crisis response, Antoinett remains deeply committed to advocacy and empowerment. She has provided encouragement and resources to survivors of domestic violence and mentors young girls through her Sisterhood initiative, fostering confidence, leadership development, and emotional resilience.

Strengthening Systems,
Serving People
Her civic leadership includes service on the Essex County Committee, the Orange Zoning Board of Adjustments, and as Secretary of the Orange County Committee. She also serves on the City of Orange Budget Committee, contributing to municipal governance and fiscal oversight. Within the Orange Education Association, Antoinett holds the roles of Pride Chairwoman and F.A.S.T. Chairwoman, advancing family engagement, school-community partnerships, and inclusive programming. She is also affiliated with Concepts in Choreography, reflecting her dedication to creativity, youth development, and cultural expression

Across every role, Antoinett Hall leads with integrity, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the power of community. Her work continues to inspire collective action, strengthen local systems, and create meaningful pathways for healing, empowerment, and lasting change.
