Antoinett Hall is a dynamic community leader, humanitarian, resident psychologist, and advocate whose work embodies service, justice, and collective empowerment. Known for transforming compassion into action, she has become a trusted voice across Essex County, championing equity, uplifting vulnerable populations, and strengthening the fabric of her community through hands-on leadership.
Rooted in a legacy of public service, Antoinett comes from a service-member family. Her father served as a police officer, and other family members including her son have dedicated themselves to multiple forms of public service and took a pledge to serve our county. This strong foundation of discipline, civic duty, and community protection shaped her values early in life and continues to influence her leadership philosophy today.

Her passion for leadership and service began early. At just 12 years old, Antoinett founded her own community youth club, creating a safe and empowering environment for young people to gather, build confidence, and develop leadership skills. That early initiative laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to advocacy and community empowerment.
Antoinett made history by organizing the first Black Lives Matter event inside a school, creating a transformative space where youth could learn, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue about justice, identity, and civic responsibility.
